University Drive Apartments

The University Drive Apartments are located across Forest Park Parkway from the Millbrook Apartments. University Dirve is connected to the hilltop via the Millbrook pedestrian bridge.

The University Drive Apartments consist of eight apartments along University Drive, just north of Main Campus. 6607, 6627, 6633, 6639, 6645, 6649, and 6801 are comprised of three bedroom units, while 6811 is comprised of a two bedroom, a three bedroom, and a four bedroom unit.

All units within these buildings include the following amenities:

• Furnished bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms
• University billing (no monthly rent check and no seperate utility bills)
• In-room connections for fee-based phone, cable, and internet services

The building amenities include:

• Blue light emergency phones
• Bicycle security services
• Coin-op laundry facilities
• Basement storage
• Street parking
