Rosedale Court Apartments

The Rosedale Court Apartments are a short walk from campus in the Skinker/Debaliviere neighborhood. They are furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments that were fully renovated during the summer of 2002.

The building is located at the corner of Waterman and Rosedale and consists of five addresses (340/346 Rosedale, 6053/6055/6057 Waterman), each one with its own entry, containing a total of twenty-four 2 bedroom units and six one bedroom units located in the historic Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhood.

All units within this building include the following amenities:

• Furnished bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms
• University billing (no monthly rent check and no seperate utility bills)
• In-room connections for fee-based phone, cable, and internet services
• Central-air conditioning
• Wall-to-wall carpet
• Some units have sunrooms
