Maintenance RequestsIf you have a routine mainenance request, the easiest way to take care of it is file a request online: click here. You can also call the Village Office (Small Group Housing) at 5-8828 to place the request. If the situation is an emergency, call the Village Office during business hours; otherwise, try and find your RA. If your RA is not around, call the Washington University Police at 5-5555. The dispatcher will contact a staff member to assist you. We will do our very best to meet your needs in a timely manner. However, please understand that we will prioritize the work orders that come though as needed. If you have concerns about the way in which orders are being handled, please contact either your RA, a Graduate Fellow, or the Apartment Director.
