Greenway Place Apartments

Conviently located just south of "The Loop", the Greenway Apartments are a short walk from the Hilltop Campus along the Greenway Path. Many of these apartments were renovated during the summer of 2002, while the remainder will be renovated during the summer of 2003.

Greenway Apartments is a seventy-two unit building located in University City. Twenty units are two-story 'townhouse' style apartments with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one bath. There are twenty-three units with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one bath. Another eighteen units are two bedrooms units with living room, kitchen, and one bath. Finally, eleven apartments are one bedroom with living room, kitchen, and one bath.

All units within this building include the following amenities:

• Furnished bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms
• University billing (no monthly rent check and no seperate utility bills)
• In-room connections for fee-based phone, cable, and internet services
• Central-air conditioning
• Wall-to-wall carpet

The building amenities include:

• Blue light emergency phones
• Bicycle security services
• Coin-op laundry facilities
• Street and off-street parking
